Good. You sure hear that word a fair bit, no? Good workouts. Good fats. Good books. But what does it really mean?
Good is a word we think about a lot at Munro Homes. But maybe not in the way you’d expect. Because for us good is just a starting point. In everything we do, good is not the finish line; good is the starting point.
Take building code standards. Are they good? Yes. And it’s a good thing that we have them.
But it’s also fair to say that our building code standards are basic. You don’t need to have an advanced degree to know that. On a gut level, most people, even first-time home buyers, can tell that many homes on the market meet only basic building code standards.
Over to you: One of the keys to picking a home builder is knowing whether ‘good’ is their finish line or just the starting point.
