That small-town Saskatchewan feeling is a thing. For many, it’s almost everything.
Did you know that you can partake in a new movement + get that small-town feeling?
In case you missed it, we recently accepted an invitation to build a Munro Homes home in Lumsden, a scenic community 15-ish minutes away from Regina.
How our love affair with Lumsden began
We said ‘yes, we’ll build our new show home in Lumsden’ in large part because the community’s commitment to restoring that small-town Saskatchewan feeling is 100% On-Trend.
As you can hopefully sense from the photos in this article, this picturesque community has a great deal of character. And it’s not willing to sacrifice any of it for the sake of growth.
Lumsden has genuine folks, historical architecture, local shops, front porches, picket fences, etc.
This is just the Coles Notes version of the ways in which Lumsden is genuinely reminiscent of times and routines many long for.
That small-town Saskatchewan feeling is calling. Is today the day you take the call?
p.s. The frame in the 1st photo shows you the general area where our show home is being built (just past the line of those trees). It’s a new-ish neck of the woods in Lumsden. But it’s still just a hop, skip, & a jump away from Lumsden’s historic core.
