The above quote crossed my mind as our crew was putting the final touches on an upcoming possession of a truly one-of-a-kind On-Trend Home in the Creeks.

Here’s why we say that this is a truly one-of-a-kind home: it exists because its owner believed in their dream and acted as if it were impossible for them not to reach it.

You see, the owner of this home first contacted us after they learned that their beloved next-door neighbours were to move out of their existing home to build an On-Trend Home with us in the Creeks. Feeling unsettled at the prospect of losing their beloved & long-time neighbours, the owner of the home you’re looking at asked the following question: “Why not follow them to the Creeks?”

So, they contacted us to see if there was maybe a lot available near their neighbours’ new home. One thing led to another, and, as you can see, they’re just about to move into their new home, which is — you guessed it — located right next door to their beloved neighbours! (The last image in this post shows you both homes side by side.)

Thank you again for letting us be a part of this uncommonly moving story, for letting us build your new home, and for making our city grow beautifully! (The owner is for now keeping this exciting chapter of their lives a bit under wraps.)
