If you’ve ever built or renovated a home with Munro Homes, there’s a good chance Heather McGinnis was the first voice you heard — and the reason you felt like you were in the right hands from the start.

After 33 remarkable years as our project consultant, Heather has retired.

We’ve celebrated Heather before — called her the Caviar of Project Consultants, because honestly, no other title came close.

But a 30-year milestone post doesn’t capture what 33 years actually looks like.

Every one of them trusted Heather with what is, for most people, the biggest project of their lives.

She listened before anyone else did. She asked the right questions, remembered the details that mattered, and made sure every client felt like they were the only client. For three decades, she was the bridge between a family’s dream and the team that would build it.

To mark her retirement, we had our logo machined with the name of every single client she worked with — all 574 of them — engraved into a keepsake she’ll have forever. It felt like the only fitting tribute: not just for what she built for us, but for the relationships she built along the way.

Heather, thank you for the standard you set — and for setting it every single day. Enjoy every moment of what’s next!
